The kids woke up bright and early at 4am so we walked over to the beach around 5 30. and played on the beach until the sun rose. the kids had a blast, and the temperature was great. We also saw a sting ray about 5 ft wing span. I have some pictures of its wings poking up but it took 30 minutes to upload these pictures :) More fun to come.

I am so so excited for you! I have tears in my eyes thinking of how excited the kids (and you) must have been taking off and finally get there! Enjoy, have fun and float in the ocean some for me!! ;) You guys deserve it!!!
What a fun trip! I would love to take my kids to Hawaii someday. I've been to Maui twice (once as a teenager) and loved every moment of it.
