4 KIDS NO DOG and a BABY

4 KIDS NO DOG and a BABY

I'm a little...

black rain cloud, hovering over the honey tree.

I'm just a little black rain cloud, pay not attention to little me...

you know that song? From Winnie the Pooh? Where Pooh Bear dresses up in black paint and takes a balloon and floats up by the honey tree. And I think piglet is down below with an umbrella saying "tut tut it looks like rain"...remember??

Anyway that is the way I feel, like a little black rain cloud, hovering over my poor little family, dripping huge big drops of black paint all over them.

I am in a slump.

And the only thing I can think of is this song...just a little black rain cloud, pay no attention to little me....

I'm sorry it's raining on you today..so to speak. I'll give you one little thought that I use when I'm having one of those days...God loves YOU and thinks YOU are special! Hope the sun comes out at your house today!

I couldn't even begin to image all the thoughts and worries that are going through your head but like April said, God loves YOU. He isn't going to leave you high and dry.

All I can offer is a virtual hug and the knowledge that you are NEVER alone.

I'm sorry you're feeling low. My thought for you is "faith precedes the miracle." Hang in there!

I believe it's Christopher Robin that is underneath with an umbrella saying "tut, tut... looks like rain" It's important to know that you have a friend willing to go along with whatever you are feeling and not judge you for it! You have been thatfriend to me and I am here for you too! As someone said earlier it was all in search of a sweet goal! It's okay to sometimes be the rain cloud, cause 99% of the time you are the ray of sunshine!

I'm sorry you're in a slump. :(

Slumping can be mentally and emotionally exhausting ... I hope you feel better soon!

You have so much going on that it's no wonder that it's getting you down a bit. I do hope you feel better soon. Just remember that little rain clouds can help bring forth some beautiful flowers.

I'm so sorry. I can relate to the analogy too. I've been in my own slump for months. Some days are a better than others, but I try really hard to find the good in things. Its hard on me, hard on my husband and especially hard on the kids. when things happened with my mom, my dad kept reminding me that all the important things are ok. It was a good wake up call as to what is important.

Corrine,
I know things are going to work out for you and your family. Eric and you are both very educated and are good people, I bet God is preparing you for something wonderful. You are lucky to have so many friends and a supportive family. Good luck to you.
